iFuse Solutions is looking for an Infrastructure Administrator for an onsite role in the Cleveland, OH area. The successful candidate as the Infrastructure Administrator ensures the stability and integrity of voice, data, video, and wireless network services. This position requires the skills to install, configure, maintain, support, and optimize all infrastructure hardware, software, and communication links. In addition, the Infrastructure Administrator will participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of Windows server environments, both on-premises and cloud-hosted. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Supporting various client environments remotely and occasionally onsite
- Processing a ticket and SLA-driven workload
- Supporting and maintaining various Microsoft 365 tenants
- Supporting and maintaining on-premise and cloud-based environments
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with Windows Servers and Active Directory
- Experience with AzureAD and Intune/Endpoint Manager
- Experience with on-premise Exchange and Office 365
- Experience working in a technical support environment
- Understanding and familiarity with IT policies and procedures
- Experience with cloud-based services, specifically Azure and Office 365
- Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity issues
- Experience registering domain names, configuring DNS records
- Ability to analyze, implement & support fixes/resolutions
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization (technical and non-technical)
- Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal)
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A+, MCP, Network+, CCNA and/or MCSE certifications are desirable
- VMWare experience is desirable
