iFuse Solutions is looking to add an IT Project Manager to our client as a direct-hire role. The IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of multiple projects, meeting pre-established deadlines and operating within specified budget constraints. This position is based on-site in Highland Heights, Ohio and will have opportunity for hybrid remote work in the future. Our client has a very immature Project Management process and is looking to bring in an individual that is confident and comfortable recommending changes and new innovations to grow the PMO from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Define project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities
  • Define resource requirements and manage resource availability and allocation
  • Prepare detailed project plans and meet key project milestones, workstreams, and activities
  • Track and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
  • Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope and schedule and/or budget
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project completion
  • Manage the relationship and communication with clients and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Recommend process improvement, process creation, and technology solutions for improving the project management workflow
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, experience, certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with experience in information technologies
  • 5+ years of project management and related experience
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) and Agile certification preferred
